Problem on my motherboard asus M2N68-VM (BIOS, EPROM?)

The problem is that it no longer wants to start. This cut my computer after 3 seconds without the mondre beep.
I have to remove the bios battery for several minutes each time (reset the bios by the cmos does not help to restart) for using my computer.
I flashed the bios when my computer to start, but the problem is not solved. What is the problem?

Le problème c'est qu'elle ne veut plus démarrer. mon ordinateur ce coupe au bout de 3 seconde sans faire le mondre bip.
Je suis obligé de retirer la pile bios pendant plusieurs minutes à chaque fois (réinitialiser le bios par le cmos n'aide pas à la redémarrer) afin de parvenir quelque fois à utiliser mon ordi.
J'ai flashé le bios quand mon ordinateur à bien voulu démarrer, mais le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Quel est le problème?

I have this exact same problem with a P5Q Pro Turbo. I've tried flashing it, resetting CMOS, but it doesn't start.

how could i get a bios update wen it wouldnt even get in2 the bios!

anways, after trying everthing, i took it back to the shop and it was discovered that it was BAD ram! i didnt have spare ram 2 test at the time.  and as far as i know, the machine shouldve booted in2 the bios at least.

i was informed that modern day MB's wont boot up without working ram. i miss the old days.

you need to update your bios for AM3 support (I have the same mobo) and my box says AM2+ by the way.

I dont use a AM3 cpu YET, gonna get a 245 soon.

So.... get an updated BIOS driver (first put a diff CPU in it to actuually boot and get that new driver) and then repop the Athlon II in. should work.
