This is not an exhaustive list of ddt setups, you can time your ddts after knockdowns with help from whiffing a bunch of different normals or even dashes in some cases.

What method do you use to erm...learn the game like this? Does it take as much time as it seems like it takes? I mean like, do you just have a list of scenarios in your head pre-set and then you run each character through them using a variety of moves to see what does what? Its confusing to me how people figure out all this stuff unless there is some sort of method to it.

@Dannyboy4885 yeah you can set his super up, but the super flash makes all possibility of sneakiness go away, so it'll get countered every time

@shinichichiba E. Honda, Blanka and Adon have different timing bcuz of the weird hitbox. If Honda or Blanka try to reversal with a headbutt or any of the rolling attacks thell get grabbed and the reversal message will appear.

What is the best way to deal with opponents vertical jumping on wake up? The meaty DDT gets them if they jump back, but they can easily punish or you'll whiff big time if they jump straight up. I know you can hit them with the U2, but if I don't have my Ultra, I have a really hard time dealing with people who vertical jump a lot. It also seems like when they vertical jump, their air moves have much higher priority than Hakan's air moves.

Thanks for these videos, so useful. Is the MK Oil Dive hitbox the best Oil Dive to use on wakeup? And does the oiled Oil Dive have different properties? Thanks.

after FWD MP , DDT has more damage. Plus, the possibility to back dash is there. since DDT is a good counter for back dash then i suggest this answers one of YOUR quesion. nice vids

some characters have differences in recovery times between standing and crouching positions. For instance, Cody's standing frames while standing-wakeup come out later than the standing frames in his crouch-wakeup. :[
