Cowboy Casanova Carrie Underwood Cover
This is a guitar cover of Carrie Underwood's new song Cowboy Casanova.
I heard this song a few days ago, and couldn't get it out of my head. Carrie Underwood is a phenomenal and beautiful singer.
Yeah, and stay tuned until 3:47 to watch me break my house.
There wasn't a lot of room to rock this song out, so I just spiced up some of the chord figures, added a quick solo, and replaced the fiddle fills with electric guitar licks.
The solo is improvised and comes after the first chorus.
Also, I learned this by ear, so sorry, but I don't have tabs.
As always, I added the audio and video tracks together and some parts of the video are, thus, a little bit out of sync.
This is also worth noting.. On some parts there are 3 guitars. iMovie 09 (the video editor I use) only allows for one split screen, so I could only show two guitars at a time. You may hear an extra harmony here or there, but may not see the video of me playing it.
Oh yeah, and as you can tell, the coloring and lighting was weird, so I tried to close the shade to my back door. Yeah.. Bad idea. Stick around until the end to see why hahahh.
