Wendy Pini is an incredible artist...i have most of the series and I read the entire thing all the way through at least once a year.

I have to agree with a few comments here. When Wendy stopped doing the artwork it wasn't as real anymore, just didn't have the same flair to it and I also stopped reading it. They went off on a few offshoots, some were good. I just want to see a movie, saw a movie poster for 2007, but heard nothing of a movie yet. *sigh*

LOL Yah, Every few years I will get out Elf-quest and re-read it. It's such an amazing story with equisite art. Wendy is an increadable artist.

I know.  Without Wendy's art it wasn't even remotely the same. Every so often I'll start up again with Book I of the graphic novels, and read all the way thru!
