@snm726 the way it worked for me was go back to that moment with the intention of healing and growth and try "feeling that feeling" that made that momment traumatizing and then just releasing it aknoledge that, that trauma caused great positive growth into the person you are nnow an letting go you will feel "light-er" you will feel your vibration go up because you will "know" that, that trauma was never a part of the real person you are

i like the part where she says you dont have to look in the past. you can deal with your vibration now because your still carrying that same vibration. looking in the past things always seem unclear. it feel like im more in control dealing with my current vibration.

It's just so clear to me, that Abe's really never "willing" to go back! And it's also very clear, that many is really isn't willing to see that ;) It's ever so much more productive to look at, what is active in our vibration today ♥

i still think that mediation to heal a past trauma do work .. i personnaly have done it and had an amazing experience that PROOVE me WITHOUT DOUBT that their in NO TIME all is happening here nad NOW and We can HEAL THE PAST With meditaion And ATTENTION too ...... Love you Abraham
