The best introduction to the Talmud is Michael Hoffman's "Judaism Discovered" which you should be able to download online quite easily. It goes through every morally depraved aspect of the Talmud and provides all the sources you could ever need including the quotes from the Rabbis and the original Aramaic.

The problem is that a full Talmud costs heaps, and most copies these days are censored, except for some. They have replaced words to hide what it actually says.
