Dips is a good way to build triceps...however, when u go up never lock ur elbows...because that gives ur triceps a break...u want them to keep working through ur set...so she made a mistake there...

ill give it a try Ricketta. in fact ive been doing them but inadvertantly using improper form as per your vid. im getting cuts in my TRIs with the exception of the very top. it never "pumps" like the mid and bottom of the muscle. any suggestions? God bless.

i did first 1x9 coz i added 7.5kg on my self, since i weight around 60kg, then 2nd set did 8 then 3rd 7. after 2 or 3 sets, it kills burns like crazy! its fantastic, atm just finished and i feel my triceps as they just got trashed.

My goal is to get stronger, now. I don't see the point in making every single of my muscles bulge, even though it looks pretty intimidating.

i hate tricep excersises but if u want the guns u gotta do em this one hurts my wrist to much
