@gta747 it is justified if he had probable cause, which he may or may not have, who knows. But If a radio transmission goes out over the air saying "A man w/ (matching description I.E. backpack/bag) made some threatening statements to a civilian stating "I'm crazy enough to pull this gun out and shoot you"...then it's good to go all day.

i don't know what he was saying at all. so who knows but when the cop was looking in the bag the man who was arrested through another bag towards him and i'm pretty sure you shouldn't do that. the bystander was arrested with no problem. he was "obstructing justice" again i don't know whats being said.. then the man dumps out a bag on the ground. again, not a good choice, if they tell him to go down (who knows if they did) they have the right to make him go down. I've seen alot worse then this.
