  • @Nightee16 It was just to show my desktop to some of my friends that had no idea that linux and compiz existed.

  • Hey man, whats your sidebar?

  • @pspheaven It's Conky

  • Your specs are awesome!

  • Thanks :D

I bought the most powerful pc i could to be able to use it until the hardware dies.

for example: I got 2 very old pcs that still run extremely smooth (1995 and 2003 pcs using linux) :P

Everything can run extremely fast with the good software...

  • @Sharok480 The same that me in the young :D

  • kayna akhoya video mezaine dada

  • @FlamixADM Damn your so clever i almost forgot windows was better.

  • @Sharok480 Thanks :)

  • That's very true. Currently running a P4, 2.80 GHz with 1.5 Gigs of RAM. I'll buy a Windows 7 machine down the road when the OS is a bit cheaper and more advance hardware is out. This will be more for my Mom and Sister since that is the OS they like to use. However, I'll keep my old machine for Linux Mint.

A chance to learn Linux, a great OS and still make the most of my old machine which will feel brand new again. :)

  • I did this video to show to someone how my desktop looks, not to show the versatility of Linux.

  • its nice you love your Compiz, but that doesn't show off Linux's versatility and usability. I don't use Compiz anymore. It gets in my way.

  • looks cool, i just installed mint on my laptop because no windows install will work properly on it. still learning how to use it though

  • No, I found it on a background website (I don't remember the address sry)

It gives an illusion that you are moving :P

  • I like the background. Did you take the pic yourself?

  • hmm no comments :P
