A loan shark is a guy that takes too much, verry difficult to repay him due to his own karma, he doesn't have rights to the money, that's why he's a shark. If you have to repay on a sold loan, God only knows who you are in business with so selling mortgages should be illegal because it's too complicated for the homeowner on the average and unknown who is in buisness with them on the loan, they need to contract with who they are comfortable paying out to in a personal way.

Then the land tax are adjustable and are subject to changes. "CHANGE" the land tax payment to put the owner in debt. Alex this has nothing to do with this but just read in Nbr new how Obama has just said that they stopped a bomb from entering the country, but cant give us details do to safety for our country. Did this really happen or is this a fear factor. Just a thought. to make obama look good and we are safe. even though we cant buy food to eat because no Jobs.
