Lol, the teachers are using this as an introduction to TOK at my school. We were shown this today and the teacher said "that is basically TOK, any questions?", so I asked "So, are oceans really a lot of sea's?"... A 40 minute discussion took place and we ended up on the loch ness monster and its symbolism. Gotta love TOK ;)

I hope this is satirizing ToK.
Here's the fundamental problem w/ this type of deconstruction: it leads nowhere. Once you have deconstructed an idea or institution, what do you replace it with?
Certainly, you can make your own decisions for yourself. But, you can't then make decisions for others. Yet, deconstructionists try to tear down institutions and replace it with their own (imposing their own structure on others), never apply the same deconstructionist razor to their own creations.

Shame on my philosophy lecturer who linked this video in one of his online lectures. Sure, this may be stimulating for 7 year olds, but fuck prof I'm a third year uni student. This is fucking retarded.
