The anchors name is Tim Ryan and he is worthless. He is always tries to be funny but usually just comes across as negative. He is one reason why I never watch that watered down joke of newscast that Fox has in the DFW area!
Jason Castro deserved better from his hometown station!

I thought the song choices were good for him...expecially "Mr Tamborine Man"...Jason reminds me so much of that time period..He has that same free wheeling spirit...Stupid interviewer.....oh well, Jason will run into a few of these down the road...needs to get used to jerks in the press.

Does this guy think he's Simon or something? Who is he or anyone to criticize ANY song choice! Geez... Jason is very talented and it's a shame for all of the contestants to be forced into singing a song from a specific genre, artist or whatever. He didn't do a good job this last night but I am certainly looking forward to hearing some of HIS music.

Crap...his own home town disrepected the guy during this interview. WTF????????? How can such a nice guy be beat up so badly by so many people? Even if he wanted off..what is the crime in that?? The show was obviously fixed and I noticed no one is bringing up the Paula screwup. Jason cannot talk about that I am sure until he is completely finished with AI. They probably made the poor kid sign a gag order to protect the show.
