Dedicated to John Minson (for BBC play Glamour Night), Steven Berkoff (for West) Network21 pirate tvstation and the Grey Organisation (for the Cork Street Galleries Grey Paint Affair and skinheads-in-crombies-balancing-cabbages-on-heads chic).
