Whoever recorded this video, useful information, but you *really* need to stand still, or use a tripod, and stop zooming in and out!! Made me feel seriously seasick. I know you're trying to be kewl, but really it's much cooler to frame the shot and leave it alone, and do one or two zooms and pans to make a point, than keep waving the camera around and constantly zooming in and out.

Do you have a web page for your studio? My daughter who is 15 is working her way up in the music world and i am very interested in here what you have to offer. She is currently in the Just let me sing.com contest to win a recording in nashville, if you are interested in hearing any of her music she has some here on youtube just go to KrissyJo.

Wow! I just finished recording my vocals in somebody's protools studio and I was so frustrated exactly for the reasons you are describing. I am thinking of re-doing all my vocals because I couldn't really hear myself, and I spent so much money. I wish I heard that video before! Unfortunately I sold my Telefunken Analog 24-track. So frustrating.

Looks like an awesome product!! Also looks like the camera operator had too much coffee and had to pee. Now I need a Dramamine.

Gotta love the CLASP!!

Couldn't agree more with what Nathan is saying.
It will put the fun back into recording...and welcome back tape compression!
Thank you for the video critique. In the future we will not do double espresso shots before filming.
