I went to London. The difference of pain relief lasted for a short period over last 3 sessions, then back again after couple of weeks.
Longer term I found self help with somatics and Feldenkrais much more useful. It took a clear diagnosis that I suffered from a right pelvic drop so I can now target my efforts to gradually releasing my short left leg/pelvis. This is now improved - I still get misalignment in my mid and upper back but can correct this using one or two of the spiral pathways.

@borgilskye Where did you for your rolfing? Also,does your body look different (more aligned?) What was your pain?

Does the lady wear a gown just for the vid?Just wondering.Much prefer any therapist's hands,fingers,elbows to have contact w/my skin,¬ the fabric of my shirt.

ok, honestly, rolfing? The rolpher? come on now.
I spent over £1000 for treatment with a trained Rolfer - pain relief lasted a couple of weeks beyond final session then back to same old pain!
Did not work for me!!!

I've heard this works at relieving pain. Yes, ROLFING. The more I learn about Massage in school... it's all about Fascia!!!
