  • yea i will haft to agree, the video was a waste of resin because it didn't repair anything. it would have helped when you could see the tip of the injector to add more resin you might have got the cracks to fill. but i have saw your work and it doesn't look like this, so keep doing good work and don't show these bad utube videos it makes your business look bad.

  • @jtchiprepair You have to waste resin to teach windshield repair. Who has videos online of students doing windshield repair? I teach people how to fix windshields. THIS IS A HANDS ON TRAINING VIDEO OF A STUDENT LEARNING WINDSHIELD REPAIR.

  • Sorry, but the cracks are still very noticeable. You started out well with the drill and bullseye break to connect the legs with the cavity. You did not pull enough vacume and you probably should have drilled the longer legs. Especially when it became evident thast the resin was not going to reach the ends. I hope this is not your quality work.

  • @slopyclub1 When you get your windshield repaired the damages never totally disappear, if it did then it would be called windshield magic. The student learned allot from this repair. Actually the resin did reach the entire chip and all cracks with out drilling extra holes in the glass. This is a video of a trainee learning the process.

  • I suggest you wear protective glasses next time...not a good thing if you get a piece of glass in your eyes.

  • @treelineprop Your right glass or even the acid resin, that would really burn.

  • i retract my comment, i saw the look onm his face when it run, but he continued and i could see the injector was at the bottom and new he had no resin left to fill the crack. I thought this was a customers glass and one of your tech's was doing the repair. i just couldn't figure out why a business owner would put this on youtube. it all good and i appreciate you clarifying this was just a student.

    thanks

  • My boy was practicing on how to fix a windshield in this video. Why did I upload it? I thought it was funny when the chip cracked, he was actually so surprised. I told him if he pressed to hard on the windshield it could crack. But he had to learn from first hand experience and he did! That's how I teach people, how to do windshield repair. They learn with my tools, guidance and there own hands this way they will learn faster.
