When they tell the girls to cook, they say: "You sexist! Why is that a girly thing?! Just because you're a man doesn't mean you cannot cook or clean!" Thats perfectly fine. BUT, when they say "Let the boys do the building and we will do the girly things" it makes it hypocritical and a lie.

there are no rules, however, this island isn't like the other islands. You need to survive. More help = More food on the table/more comfier environment. Sitting around sunbathing doesn't do anything good for all of them as a unit. Do your share and do what you want, it's as simple as that.

if you don't want to build - don't build ... there are crabs to catch as bait, fish to catch, roof to weave, firewood to collect ... THEN sunbathe. If you expect an equal share of the food - do an equal share of the work ... it's not rocket science
