Yes this happened at 61 Wylde Road, Mt Sinai/Miller Place, NY just 1 minute way from where John White murdered Dan Cicciaro. The NYPD detective who had an order of protection against Jamey Aiello (his fourth) & Donna & Timothy Aiello lives in that complex.

Mary Ellen O'Brien (wife of Judge Daniel R, Palmieri) and now Judge Michael A. Ciaffa from Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein attorneys represented the above against the Suffolk County Police Dept and supposedly against Donna Marie Aiello & Timothy J. Aiello

This story was featured on TV ABC news. check Newsday December 7 & 8 2005 under "Cops Manhandled Me" or Donna Aiello, Timothy Aiello, Asst County Attorney Arlene Zwilling, Officer Michael Repperger, Ferdinand Crasa, Anthony Passerella, Kerry McGrath, attorney Kenneth McCallion.

@kardan77 Attorney Kenneth McCallion committed legal malpractice -- said he was a police brutality expert when he, in fact, never had a case & had no clue how to handle brutality cases from discovery on.

Donna & Tim Aiello wrote threatening note & left on gate which the lady's son found & she called 911. 3 cops came. They refused to arrest Aiellos even though she told them Aiellos(Donna, Tim & their sons Jamie & Corey) have been harassing her family & killed their dog/cats. Lady had cops write their names/shield #s & was immediately reporting them. She did then shortly after same cops came back broke into her home without warrant & beat the hell out of her. She ended up in ER.
