Have to say kudos on making an visually interesting artistic video. While it wasn't a tutorial it was inspirational and there are several tutorials on spinner cards out there. I know how much time it takes to create a cleverly edited video with music. THanks! Enjoyed watching!

It's Liquid Applique. Apply it then use your heat gun on it. :)
