@ofblong THANK YOU....people come off online so much dumber than they are in real life for a number of reasons (AKA anyone who is posting he was stoned). With how the laws are written, someone could have been on marijuana days prior to the accident, not clouding their judgment whatsoever, and still have it in their system. With how THC is stored in our bodies, there is no way to prove he was or was not under the influence at the time of the accident. This video should be pulled offline!

He hit me, my 8yr old son, and 5 month old daughter. I am PISSED! My kids are doing great. I am bruised badly. I have a hard time breast feeding my daughter thanks to this ASS! I will be at his court date!!! His name is Joseph L Fuentes President of JL Financial Group. He had a jar of pot with him. He totalled my car and we had to buy a new car seat. I am very thankful to be alive. Thanks to all of you that helped us at the scene. You were great, and good luck to the others that were involved.
