The Old Path Bible Exposition in Naga (with English subtitle) (4 of 6)

February 14, 2008 was Bicol Region's share for a Bible Exposition that was held at the Regent Hotel, Naga, City.

Here are just a few of the questions asked that night:

-There are prayers like "Hail Mary", "Glory Be", "Apostle's Creed" and many others. Are these valid or are these written?

-What is the meaning of "the awful horror" mentioned by Prophet Daniel that will happen in the Holy Place? Is this the great tribulation that will come?

-To my knowledge, the resurrection of the dead will happen simultaneously in the day of judgment. But I have read that blessed are those that are part of the first resurrection because they will be with Christ and reign with Him a thousand years and after this is the second resurrection and the day of judgment. Why do they seem contradictory?

-Do all people have guardian angels?

-About John 15:22 - "If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin."

-Is it true that God also created the underground creatures?

-What is The Old Path? I just want to know who the founder of it is. And from where and when it started?

-About the wedding in Cana. It was mentioned there, through the miracle made by Jesus Christ, God transformed water into wine. But Why Christ told Mary not to lead Him because it is not yet His time?

-There are prayers offered for dead people. How does prayer help the dead people? What is the eternal life mentioned in the Bible?

-My question concerns the giving of names and what is baptism?

Thank God for someone like Brother Eli Soriano who continuously heralds the truth and untiringly answers people who wish to find sensible answers to their questions of faith and salvation.
