That means that the bacteria itself refuses to eat the fries...

It's like this guy never heard of people before the refrigerator salting their meats. This shit is retarded.

@BenniRocco36 one test sample proves nothing. i could prove that being homosexual is 100% too if i only did one test. not everything you see on youtube is real. repeat that to yourself. and think for yourself.

so, dont eat the fries, but everything else is good!!!

@sparkyx326 exactly.

McDonald's fries did not mold because they are fried twice dehydrating the food. I would compare them to All-natural Kettle chips. Potato, oil and salt. Put them in a jar for 20 years and they won't mold. Just because it doesn't spoil doesn't mean it's bad.

Dammit i just ate mcdonalds today XD

@Lady1216 Thank You!!

Anyone who says they're "not real fries" or they're gross or whatever is just stupid. If they were made from anything but what mcdonalds says they were made from, someone would have sued mcdonalds about it already and won, and they'd be out of business. PS, Your body doesn't use air to break stuff down.. it uses chemicals, and liquid. Stick some water in with those fries and watch mold appear! wow! -_-
@seekayFilms , true. Conditions inside a jar and inside your stomach are completely different. But that's not the point, really, the point is how natural these foods are - or even better, how unnatural. the food we're supposed to eat is natural and should mold; if it does, it passes the test. when food doesn't mold, you can't really call that food...

Don't be a moron. The fries aren't breaking down because there's too little water in them to sustain spoilage organisms. The substate used in petri-dishes remains stable for years until you add water and stirr.
