  • Good stretches. To build up balance to take hands off floor, rest hand on thighs so off group and focus on your core stay stable. Eventually you can place hands anywhere.

    ok its been nine months, but if you did stop i hope you didnt give up, thing is , train everyday and all , but then your muscles will hurt , and then hurt more , and then you will notice the flexibility getting worse . the most important thing is do not fight it , go as far as the muscle wants, then its time to rest , for 'bout ten days , and you'll see. then repeat. i hope you already done with it anyway.
