This is the first of many Vocals videos I intend to make. Why vocals? Because its fun, and I'm good at it (109th on XBL leaderboard currently).

I mixed the channels about half and half, so you can hear the real singer and me overlaying it.

Enjoy, I'll try to answer common questions below:

Q: Are you actually singing this or humming it?
A: It occurred to me that it's difficult to tell in this video, I apologize, I think I was a little biased because I knew what to listen for.

For the record, I do not hum any song, it is essentially cheating, as well as some other tactics. I do not condone it, and from now on my videos will have a clear vocal track coming from me.

One way to tell though, if you look at the beginning of certain words with a pitch change, the meter will flutter when you pronounce the words (example at 0:49). With humming, you see a constant held pitch.

Q: What's your gamertag?
A: Teh Skedar120

Q: Can I play Quickplay/Score Duel with you?
A: I would love to, but understand a few things: I am a college student, I have a job, and I have a scorehero band that I play with at least every other day. Having said that I will probably not answer a random friend request, but if you send me a message I will try my best to find time to play with you.

Q: Do you play anything besides vocals?
A: Yes, I have finished all solo tours on expert, but I am not outstanding on guitar or drums, I am probably above average if I had to gauge myself. Vocals is where I thrive.

Q: Do you have DLC?
A: 120 total songs. I try to pick something up every week, but if I know its going to be outright terrible (Jimmy Buffet..., I won't.

Q: What is up with your singer?
A: Well, it gets your attention, doesn't it?

Q: What is "Romans 10:13" mean?
A: It's a Bible verse: "For all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved".

Q: I hate you/you suck/I can own you anyday.
A: Not a question, but my answer will always be: "I don't care".

As with all my videos, this is for entertainment purposes, I do not claim to be the best player in the world. Having said that, please keep any outrageously negative remarks (omg u suk/i can own u) to yourself, as they will be deleted.

Yeah, humming through the whole song is cheating, I agree with you in that question.
