I'm turning 17 and have done irish dance for 4 years at a non-competitive school and have just switched to a competitive one. How many classes should I take a week and what would I most likely compete in? Any ideas would be appreciated.

I hate how fast they play the music in the parade of champions, it doesnt allow the dancers to show off their fantastic technique and jump to their full potential.

Simply not true in the USA. Dancers compete without wigs and in school dresses or black leos and skirts-at the champ level IF they want/need to (dress too small for example).

i tried to cut it right in between dancers but it didnt work out as well as i planned
