Buckwheat steals the show (out takes)

I taught Buckwheat to nod his head "yes." Buckwheat taught himself to flap his lips. I captured the behavior with Clicker training. It's not yet on cue as you can tell by this silly video, but he obviously gets my attention every time he does it. So who's training whom?

Hes really sweet.

And I love the way you train your horses. I'm kind of scared of horses and when I visited some horses with a friend he gave me the leash and told me to show the horse whos the boss. I didnt really get why I should force the horse to walk with me and not train the horse to follow when I give a cue.

thanks so much. If you really want to be around horses I hope you find someone who can teach you how to be "safe" without having to fall into the trap of "teaching them who's boss." I know that's a popular way of dealing with horses, but it's not necessary.
