i can get 50.156 on this track. with no assist but no clutch on controller. i dont know how to pull off the first 2 corners like you do. its hard to time

From what i've seen in replays, using clutch means you don't lose anytime when changing gears.

If you are changing the gears yourself, it will apply the clutch for you.
