I had to get my metabolism checked to see how many calories I was burning.. and so to maintain I need to take in 1500 calories.. which is still on the low side.. but I am sure that will be somewhat what you need to find out and then just dont go over your calorie intake .. you have done great you look great! :)

My wife had gastric bypass several years ago. I think this is a great thing you are doing to share your experience.

Congratulations on your weight loss! My son's father in law needs that surgery but he has too many health issues and isn't a candidate right now. He now has cirrhosis of the liver, even though he isn't a drinker, they think caused by the medications he has been on. Really sad - they gave him 5 years. He has now lost 60 lbs. and is trying to get healthier, but the cirrohossis is not curable. :(
