Yeah i'm hoping it happens too, it would give me something to watch in the afternoon. GL is on here in the Seattle area at 2 PM so it will be interesting to see if KIRO 7 would clear the 2 shows. Hopefully with KIRO they won't need to air court or talk shows partly because most of them are in other time slots on other stations in town, or other slots on KIRO 7; of course this might change in September so who knows.
Actually, I've researched this myself after your initial message regarding this...sure enough, CBS is looking into this; I'm hoping it comes to pass! I'm just hoping local affiliates will air the shows and not snub them in favor of craphole syndicated court or "talk" shows! I also wonder who may be tapped to host these revivals, should they materialize?
There's a couple of game show websites that I usually go to find out game show news and both are very reliable, I read this both at Buzzer Blog and the Game Show Board powered by Invision. Buzzer Blog is a game show news site and usually when they report something there's a good chance that it's true or it will be true.
Thanks...but where did you read (or hear) these rumors, hoping they're true? Of course don't be surprised if CBS puts on another crappy soap opera to replace GL.
Yes, but maybe not for long; there are rumors that CBS may bring back Let's Make A Deal and either the $25,000 Pyramid or The Dating Game to replace the soap opera Guiding Light which is ending in September. So everybody cross your fingers

Babette Grifface, the outgoing champion from the previous episode, had won the car, and it was because of her that the balloons were left on the floor, but she wasn't drug out into the street, and definitely not shot!
I wish Caesers in Atlantic City had Caesers Challenge.
