I recently changed my tank for my2 fire bellied toads and 2 paddle tailed newts. It is now much more naturalistic with live plants and no fake ones.

  • Where do u buy them, specifically paddle tails I've searched everywhere on google in Washington but I can't find them

  • @schlueter020 just got them at a local pet shop, i live in scotland tho

  • I use a gravel cleaner on my tanks, which sucks up the dirt and leaves the gravel. Have you tried to syphon and does the sand stay behind? I was wondering if it was too light weight to syphon. I like the look of the sand.

  • Yes i do syphon it and sometimes sand does get sucked up but after a while i'll probably just have to top the sand up.

  • hey, random question... I live in scotland too. where did you buy your fire bellied toads? can you feed fire bellied toads and newts the same thing? and do you need a heat lamp for fire bellied toads?

  • @schlueter020 search for exotic pet stores

  • @therabbi341 He used either plexiglass or glass siliconed with aquarium safe silicon to the walls of the tank.

  • how do you sepereate the water and the land parts? please someone tell me!!

  • @schlueter020 :D I live in washington and I bought them at sierra fish and pets

  • @BrandonTheHotGuy Because he actually cares about the well-being and happiness of his animals. Your tank is extremely overcrowded. The bigger the better!

  • @BrandonTheHotGuy That is way too much in such a small tank.

  • Cool setup.

  • @BrandonTheHotGuy yours sounds way too small..

  • fuck why would u use such a big tank for it i have 7 firebellie newts 2 firebelly toads and fish and one paddle tail and ribbed newt in a 10 gallon
