I love how all these religionists think he's attacking belief in God. PAY ATTENTION...he said "it's not that I don't believe" and then explained he does'nt believe in a God that needs worship and that we should respect each other as people. He says HE does'nbt believe in a personal God, but he did also say "It's not that i don't believe"- the guy is probably a Deist! Good on him, I'm in the same boat.
