A Beta does not need a lot of room to live in, so maybe you should read a little about fish before criticizing other people.

That's a myth. Bettas DO live in shallow pools, called "rice paddies", but they are not SMALL! They are vast, so bettas have a lot of room to swim around! Do some research before making a comment!

I work in a fish shop, when the fighters come in they're in something the size of a teabag. In the wild they live in very small streams and ponds where the water is think and sludgy, this tank is small.. but it's enough for one fighter.. and it looks nice :D the most important thing about a fish tank is whether it looks nice... ONLY THEN, can you take the fish's feelings into account.. in this case Herbert doesn't look like he gives a shit..

If I were a fish I wouldnt be able to think about such things. I would just swim in circles breathing and waiting to find food again. conversation over, Im done.
