If you have never been to Naturopathic Doctor prepared to be pleasantly surprised. I understand that listening is key in finding more about the whole "you".The first office visit runs anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. During this time, I will not only ask questions but review and explain recent labs you may have with you. Bring or write down names of any medications /supplements you are currently taking. After scheduling the appointment, I can either send you the intake form by email or you can fill out the necessary forms when you come in for the visit. Please arrive 20 min prior to the appointment in order to fill them out.
