This was shot on the side of the highway with a cell phone. It is an F4 tornado that ended up destroying a flour mill and four homes in Elie, Manitoba. Luckily, no one was hurt.

There's been at least 1 winter tornado, I believe it was documented in New Brunswick, where winters generally are not as harsh as they are here on the prairies.
LOL! Really got your panties in a bunch didn't ya, pansy!...haha It says NOTHING about winter tornadoes in Canada on Wikipedia. Guess you need to learn to read.
I was talking about a U.S. winter mate. Of course we will never get a tornado in winter here in Canada, that is until the Earth warms up enough. "If you know anything about weather systems, you know this is true." - you are just looking for an argument there, no?
tornadoes in winter? Not in Manitoba bud, do you know how cold it gets here? there can be a week straight of -30 here there will be no tornadoes in that weather.
As I was also saying to Stringprodigy, winters aren't cold everywhere. There was no specific speech about Canadian winters, so I quickly began defending the position that tornadoes do happen in winter, seeing as in some regions winters are mild. Of course you won't see a tornado in -30, I'm not disagreeing with that.
