  • if a child suffer, blame it to their parents!!! theres a whole lot of poor people nman na umasenso coz of hardwork...if a parent is responsible enough & work hard for their children hndi nla maranasan na magutom..bakit, my father ,til grade 4 lng, bt all of us were professional.. hindi swerete2 ang life, its about pagsisikap...

  • Philippines: top 1 in worlds most corrupt country... thats the reason why we remain poor.. kahit SK nga nangungurakot.. Whoever will be voted as a leader, nasisilaw tlga sa pera..thats why very slow ang progress sa phils..

  • @jamesketchel From Asian American to American, amen to that. I've lived there long enough to know. I would say for majority of the people it is like that but can't really say that for everyone. I hate to see little kids suffering because their parents are irresponsible, so many times I buy them candy and food if I happen to walk by a slum.

  • @vasilechivu2004 I use to live in the Philippines, I had the same question as you, until a lot of them told me they are catholic so they can't get abortions. Also under Philippine law you can't get abortions too. They also consider any tools for birth control to be immoral and killing lives. I would say it has to do with their religion, at least that's what people tell me there. Average size of the families there is 5. something I believe, ranks up there in the world rankings.

  • My dears, what I never understood to these poor people: WHY THEY ENJOY TO HAVE SO MANY KIDS? These stupids deserve to be sterilized if they are not capable to stop bringing these small creatures into their dirty world. They always blame the others, make a lot a children to be send for begging. My wife is from Philippines and came from a poor family of 9. Now all are successful because they helped each other. All begin with the hard working parents. If you can't be a parent, control yourself!

  • Beginning September 12th, 2011, I will be providing food for the hungry street people in Tabaco City in the Philippines. If U can help me, contact feedthepoor2@aol.com
