thats a sweet mic :D i have in my studio a Samson CO1U - USB Studio Condenser Microphone it's pretty good for eliminating allmost all background nose and with some noise removal a little compression and EQ you can get all most professional results. im still learning how to mix audio but it good fun :D

PRO TOOLS SE is a Trial and if it doesn't work on your PC without a blue light key at all. Once you have it the key you have to install it then protools or else your trial is expired. You also have to pay for protools eventually at the going rate of a full version disc but it wont come with one cuz you download it.

Nice! I have a condenser mic layin around somewhere. I use to record music a lot but i got to lazy to do it. I even went to a couple courses for recording and engineering to learn all the stuff but like i said i got lazy. Although the knowledge helped me with video making. I used to use Cubase to record with.
