  • Worst example of tipping ever. Way too much heat and are you doing that indoors? 4:15?!?! No way is this a good example. Check Sweetmarias roasting chart folks.

  • i use a long handled wooden spoon and a 6 inch deep pot so i can go crazy stirring without worry of beans jumping out. but i guess eveybody has there own way. 1 cup of green beans= 10min. max. french roast would be longer.
