Stray dogs in Puerto Plata

Of course, it's possible that they did have homes as the dogs in this city roam freely. Obviously not all the strays were THIS friendly, but in general yes, happy dogs!

no one touches a stray dog like that anywhere. they adapt a pack mentality and they become very weary of humans and the lack of human stimulation makes most strays animals psychologically a question mark?????

aside the fact they be carrying all sort of parasites

i live here (dominacan republic) u can normally touch the stray dogs but yeah, never touch cats here

there was some stray cats neer where we stayed but they said dont touch any of the animals coz they'll have fleas
