@aninican2 eh, im talking about other vocals like impending doom's that are wayyyyyy more powerful than slipknots. Look up the vocalists Jon huber, phil bozeman, adam warren, and jamie hanks. It's just no practical for people to do whisper screams for this vocal type.

@Danger3music look up a song called Fallen Silent by Painface or look at my channel and listen to Walks With Death. Their both Anders Colsefni, he does whisper screams but they still seem loud, to me at least. Anders was the original vocalist for Slipknot in the 90's. death metalish sound

@aninican2 He might be doing whisper screams, but its very unlikely.He had extremely powerful vocals. You cant do a whisper scream and make that kind of sound. Its just not logical.

@Danger3music i wasnt saying he was doing whisper screaming, i said thats a way to make it sound like a loud growl but still hold it out. No need to start trying to make ME feel like a dumbass by saying 'use some common sense' im just conversing.

@aninican2 They vocalist said he did inhales on this album, either he did inhales like he said or he thought he was and he was doing exhales. You should use common sense sometime, it could help. and whisper? have you seen them live? no way in hell he does whisper. also look at the breathing inbetween drawn out screams and regular screams. Its very fucking hard. VERY. Im learning this song at the momment (exhale lows mids and gutterals)

@Danger3music i can do exactly what he is doing with exhales. holding outyour screams is simple, air control. I My longest was 15 seconds, all you need to expand your lung capabilities, its easy for me to do since im in highschool band and they teach you to do that. All im saying is that you dont really know what kind of screams they do unless you ask them yourself. he could also be doing whisper screaming. Anders Colsefni does that for long screams.

@aninican2 um yes i do actually, look at the diffrence between new impending doom vs old. and he might be better at inhales than you are? duh. and do you realize how long h holds out the screams in this album. pretty fucking long. Ive been screaming for about a year now (only exhale) and it is very chalenging to do NDR songs because of the breathing. I do know for a fact.
