The reader is an actor named William Morgan Sheppard. I've seen him in multiple side roles for various films, but I always associated him with Star Trek for some reason. It turns out I remember him from Star Trek 6 as the Klingon warden. He also played in the resent Star Trek film as the speaking member of the council that approved Spock's admission to the Vulcan Science Academy.

lol its a few lines from a US guy that was in ww1 or 2 i cant rember, i do like the trailers for gow 1 and 2 i think there very good unlike other games.
