Hey everyone What's Popalackin' this video is another day in the gym with me and my friends. it was an upper body workout day specifically Chest and back. I hope you enjoy the video and get some ideas for your workouts! if you have any questions,concerns, or just wanna say hi please feel free to leave a comment.

Chest & Back Workout

Dumbbell Chest press 10 reps 3 sets
Dual Lat Pulldown 10 reps 4 sets
Incline Chest Press 10 reps 4 sets
Dual Cable Row 10 reps 4 sets
Free Motion Decline Press 15 reps 2 sets
MTS Row 15 reps 2 sets
