Snorkeling Swimfin Shinobi (Flip Skills and Water Movement)

Body Glove hand and feet flippers, Snorkeling Purge Mask and Full Body Wet Suit, also testing out my new camera Kodak Play Sport ESI Water proof to 3 meters HD 1080 DPI. Wanted to show some footage from my swimming cross training and parkour and flip jumping skills development.

For your back flip when you're jumping your hands are stoping short on the way up at your chest. When I do it they swing arcing all the way up until straight up over my head before snapping back to hold my legs in the tuck. The form of your first front flip looks pretty good. I think you should run faster and jump more upward and make sure to pull your legs in tighter with your hand because Im not sure your grabbing on their. That grab may also help with the tuck on your side and back flips.
