Did it too...! ;) 3.9 ghz but unstable after 20 mins because of the temperature... You must be romanian...

I have p4ht 3,28 ghz (stock). I clocked it over 4 ghz and it got up ffs. Stock voltages. I dont know but I think if I change my voltages it will be massive single core cpu :D

Maybe you dont have enough voltage on your Vcore.
But Celeron P3 1,2Ghz is very bad CPU on overclocking ;)
