Guild Wiki has a lot of info on the event. "Event will run from Thursday, October 25 until Wednesday, October 31, 2007"

it ends on midnight, Halloween night.

Its dissapointing cuz this year they didnt give hats, they gave Pumpkin Cookies...still i hope they i can get my 3rd Santa Hat this next Xmas. I still wear the 2005 one with pride.
