There is certainly alot of drum action in the song and I can see this drumming living up to it's title. It wasn't played here locally in Vancouver Cda and it definetly would of hit the top with me as it compareds to Sandy Nelson and his "Teen Beat". I will confess that I take a shine to this song as it's all new to me and I like the excellent lyrics within...ties in nicely with the drumming and the beat itself gets a top grade with me. I've seen Gene Watson the country singer live 20 times and listened to his music for years. No way this is that Gene Watson. But whoever he is or was he's great and I can't believe he never made it enough for me to have ever heard of him.
