  • @sjkreid3D Glad you like the videos. I don't know the quote from Bates about eye watering but it doesn't sound like something he'd have said. Dry eyes are generally associated with strain, gritty feelings, that sort of thing.

First time I've posted anything about your videos, but I have enjoyed your videos since they were being posted on HappyHag account :) I am relearning to see myself, and I always think your spot on with the core of bates, but you said here your eyes watering means your relaxing, I thought I read in Bates book eye watering is a sign of strain even if it came with slight improvement? Great channel, hope you make many more :) I would love to myself make videos but don't think i could!

  • Great video, I watched some of his videos and started doing some of his exercises yesterday. I have noticed a bit easier time getting clarity I believe because I have activated my peripheral vision more (actually can feel when I am using them). Using the black paper technique similar to your video =)
