  • Look at your pelvic tilt! Attention to detail.

    You're in hip flexion on every rep. Lead with your HIPS not your chest. Your form is a sign of compensation and WEAK GLUTES and HAMS due to the inability to properly extend you hip during the movement.

  • Take the bend out of your ass and keep your whole torso/body straight from your knees to your chest should be a straight line
