Populous: The Beginning - 20 : Archipelago 1/4

Part 1/4 of World 20 : Archipelago in my Populous: The Beginning walkthrough.

I said at the end of the previous level, this one would restrict you in the land department well here it is. The common misconception in this level, is that you need Training Huts early. Mana is much more important. You need to be able to Landbridge to other small islands, and eventually use Landbridge and Flatten to create new land. The Dakini attack in small raiding parties by sea, but they appear to not attack again if one of their Followers survives (you'll see that when the Preachers are on their own island). Use Landbridge in this level along the edge of the water to create a strip of land. Two casts should make raise enough land for two Huts. By the end of this part you should aim for 30-45 Followers, and begin to use Flatten to create a low (yet higher than the rest of your land) plateau by the Reincarnation Site. Considering Balloons are not an option in this level for you, a more direct approach will be needed later in the level.
