Was it a hate crime? Hell ya! And it was a gang of bullies. Two against one. How cowardly is that? Even Mohamed backed off when his victims were down. It is very hard to get into a fight like that just to help stop it, without getting yourself into a possible life threatening situation. Calling the cops is best, and try to talk it down, by warning them their coming.  I don't think the employee should have been fired they helped show it had nothing to do with McDonalds by filming it.

I disagree. The kid is old enough to know right from wrong. Im a grown man who had a solid upbringing, and I have to say that this would be a time where I would probably hit a women, or at least take her down. Shame on everyone who did nothing. They should all be left to die in the wilderness. Im not advocating violence, but when I saw that poor woman seizing, it enraged me. My mother had epilepsy, and I remember her seizures as a child before she died. Feed those girls to wolves.

I agree with you. Hate and racism is taught at home. The teenager's parent's should be forced to volunteer with their daughters at a homeless shelter helping someone white or help a single white mother whose child is terminally ill. Black and white people segregate themselves today. People, who are forced together during a crisis, normally see each other as human beings. Each race needs to see, most of us do have the same problems and hardships. Punishment is not the answer. I am a white chick.

This is just complete Bull. There is no doubt in my mind it was a hate crime. either because this girl is a trans-gender or if she is in fact white. Not only did they hit her once. they continuously hit, kicked,slapped, punched, and dragged this girl. People need to realize it is the 2000s not the 1950s, things have changed. I'm not racist towards anybody. But when I see this shit happening I can't help but have so much anger towards these people! and the employees just let it happen?! BULLSHIT!

Where is your common sense. So if your kid (6)yr old, pulls down a display at a mall, are you as a parent at fault. Shold the parent face destruction of property charges. Yes a wilful crime is another 'animal' but easy on dragging the parents in on this one. Like another commentor said----Being a crappy parent is not a crime. Good parents have kids that just get carried away with poor citizenship, should they be drug-out in the community & ridiculed?---lighten up dude!!!
