how do a change outlines on template cuz i have black picture

@MrGameReporter Option 1: ctrl+click on the template layer. create new layer then fill it with a different color.

Option 2: On the template layer, use the magic wand tool and select the outside of the outline. Make a new layer and fill it with white.

If you don't have Photoshop, just google "gimp 2" it's free photo software and can open these psd files perfectly. Support the little guys and not corporate giants. The price is right!
